After watching a heartfelt Tik Tok shared by one of our volunteers, we were deeply moved by the story of an orphanage in need of financial assistance for its children. The video highlighted the struggles the children face, particularly when it comes to preparing for school. Wanting to make a difference, we decided to step in and offer support. Kalam Initiative paid RM1506.00 for the purchase of t-shirts, track bottoms, and name tags for 15 children at the orphanage, ensuring they have proper uniforms for school. This gesture, though small, aims to provide these children with a sense of belonging and dignity, as well as confidence to thrive in their educational journey.
