What is the purpose of this portal?

To empower people who faces problems in the community (community workers/teachers/caregivers etc.) as well as people with resources and solutions by building a database of both in order to link them up.

How does this portal works?

The portal will build a database of problem identifiers and problem solvers which are divided into 5 key sectors. The portal will then link up the problem identifiers with the problem solvers and monitor the problem solving process via volunteers and helpers. The problem identifier, problem solver and the volunteers will register themselves via the website. The acceptance of them is only after adequate checks are done. Initially all 3 roles are by invitation only. We do not plan to publicize the portal publically.

What are the roles and responsibilities of Problem Identifier?

The problem identifiers are normally people who are deeply involved in the community. They will identify the problem and fill the form in the portal accordingly with details of the problem in question. Each problem will be given a ticket number.

What are the roles and responsibilities of Problem Solver?

The Problem solver job is to identify a problem from the database which he/she can solve and undertake the work to solve them.
